About
The Biotek 100SE is a 100L GMP compliant solventless extractor used to extract Trichomes, Cannabinoids, Terpenes, Lupulin & other essential compounds from a variety of plants such as cannabis, hops etc.
- Complete 304 stainless steel system, welded in acceptance with AS/NZ2980.
- Double jacketed ensuring efficient extraction processes while maintaining quality and consistency in the final product.
- Built in Chiller, 1/2hp fan cooled condensing chiller. This can allow for an Iceless wash, but requires pre chilled water (the 100s can chill 80L of water from 16 degrees to 4 degrees Celsius in about 20minutes).
- 6” sight glass, allowing you to sight the process inside the vessel whilst not being in exposed to any harm.
- Full wash down PLC smart controller with the capabilities to Control/Save RPM speed, Total Run Time, Run Time Each Direction, and Rest Time between switching directions on a waterproof 7” touchscreen computer controller.
- 10A, 230v, .25kw @ 125RPM SEW motor.

About
The Biotek 500SE is a 500L GMP compliant solventless extractor with similar features as the 100SE but with 5X the capacity and a larger external glycol chiller. This can come as a singular washing vessel or it can come mounted on a recirculation / collection system.
